Megabank Plans To Pump Up Its Statutory Fund 74%

According to Ukrainian News, Megabank (MEGA: BUY) intends to increase the bank’s share capital by USD 16.8 mln (+74%) to USD 39.6 mln. The issue will be decided at the bank’s upcoming shareholder meeting on April 19. The bank raised its share capital in mid-2006 to USD 22.8 mln.
