Melon Real Estate in talks to acquire XXI Century Kharkiv's projects

According to Interfax, Melon Real Estate, owned by two Ukrainian businessmen, is in negotiations to increase its stake in joint venture XXI Century Kharkiv to 100%; XXI Century Kharkiv is 50.01% owned by XXI Century Investments (XXIC LN). The JV controls four projects in Kharkiv: a 93.8 ths m2 multipurpose complex on Svobody Square, a 120 ths m2 entertainment center on Komandarma Korka Street, the 655 ths m2 Zoloty Pesky residential development, and the 123.3 ths m2 Pesochyn logisitics complex. Melon Real Estate co-owner Sergey Pirozhnikov said that after acquisition, his company plans to complete the projects by attracting partners.
