Metinvest Posts USD 1 bln Earnings in 2006, The Largest In Ukraine

Metinvest Holding, which consists of System Capital Management’s assets in the iron ore, coke and steel industries, reported 2006 net revenue at USD 5.6 bln, EBITDA of USD 1.7 mln (30.3% margin) and USD 1.0 bln net income (18.2% margin). These unaudited financial figures make Metinvest the largest company in Ukraine by net income, and the second largest by revenues after state-owned oil & gas company Naftogaz of Ukraine.
