Metinvest to spend UAH 16.5 mln on Avdiivka Coke to increase quality

Metinvest plans to invest UAH 16.5 mln in increase product quality at Avdiivka Coke (UX: AVDK UK, BUY), Interfax reported yesterday. Metinvest plans to replace existing equipment with Western analogues by end-2011; the new equipment should boost both the quality and quantity of Avdiivka’s coal mixture (by twofold to 500 mt of coal per hour).
