Military Occupies JSV Azot Severodonetsk.

The move was allegedly initiated by the newly appointed director of the state-owned company Azot, Volodymyr Lyakhov, who was ordered by the Industrial Policy Ministry to implement the decision of the Pechersk District Court. The court earlier found the creation of Closed JSV illegal. Concorde Capital: The seizure began after Justice Minister Roman Zvarych announced his intention yesterday to have the Pechersk court explain whether bailiffs could use force to implement the court?s decision. However, no bailiffs were seen participating in the seizure. The government included Azot Severodonetsk on its privatization list, even though the Supreme Court is still considering the appeal of the Worldwide Chemical, the owner of a majority stake of the Closed JSV.
