Mittal Steel Kryvy Rig’s (KSTL: BUY) Export Director, Andriy Kititsa said yesterday, the company had no plans to raise prices on their products before March 2007. Andriy Gostik: Mittal’s statement suggests the company is expecting steel prices to be flat until the spring.
