Moody's puts Kyiv, Kharkiv and Berdyansk on review for downgrade

Moody’s Investor’s Service announced yesterday that it put the ‘B1’ foreign and national currency ratings of Ukrainian cities Kyiv, Kharkiv and Berdyansk (Zaporizhya oblast) on review for possible downgrade. Moody’s said the rating action follows its decision on Feb. 24 to put Ukraine’s sovereign ratings on review for possible downgrade.
