Morgan Stanley Provides Ukraine with USD 465 mln For New Highways

Yesterday the state road construction monopoly, Ukravtodor, announced that it had received a USD 465 mln loan from Morgan Stanley & Co Plc for the construction of new roads between Kyiv and Lviv, and Kharkiv and Glukhov in Ukraine northern Sumy Region.
