Mostobud to receive steel ropes from Bridon International

Mostobud (MTBD: BUY) said on Friday it signed a contract to pay USD 12.4 mln for steel ropes for its bridge construction project in Zaporizhya from Germany’s Bridon International. The ropes are expected to be supplied by 2010. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine’s special fund foresees USD 95 mln for the aforementioned bridge construction project in 2009.
