Motor Sich AGM to vote on dividends today

Today Motor Sich (UX: MSICH UK) shareholders will convene for an AGM at 14:00. The agenda includes approval of a dividend payout for 2009. Motor Sich’s 2009 net income accounted to UAH 755 mln, or UAH 363.2 per share. Yegor Samusenko: We think shareholders will opt for a moderate dividend payout of 100 UAH per share (dividend yield of 4%) and expect a negative reaction by the market for anything less than paying out the all of 2009 income as dividends.
