Mriya Agroholding (MAYA GR) announced in a release this morning that as of June 29 it had completed its winter rapeseed harvest, from an area of 19.8 ths ha, checking in with a yield of 2.9 mt per ha. Mriya also said it has begun gathering winter wheat, and that its collection was 10% complete as of July 24. Thus far, Mriya said its yield was 5.8 mt per ha. Andriy Gostik: The interim harvesting campaign results do not surprise much so far. This year, due to worse weather conditions, yields are a bit lower across all major crops than in 2008: last year, the average winter rapeseed yield reported by the holding was 3.1 mt per ha and winter wheat yield was 6.6 mt per ha.
