NBU Ok's Sale Of Raiffisen Bank Ukraine To OTP

The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) announced today that is was allowing the purchase of Raiffeisen Bank Ukraine by Hungary’s OTP Bank. In June, OTP announced that it had agreed to buy Raiffeisen Ukraine from Raiffeisen International for EUR 650 mln.
