NC ECU transfers 25.01% stake in Odesaoblenergo to SPF

Acting Head of the State Property Fund Dmitry Parfenenko said yesterday that the National Energy Company of Ukraine transferred its 25.01% stake in Odesaoblenergo (ODEN) to the SPF. Parfenenko said the SPF plans to announce the privatization of the blocking stake on April 1; it was previously expected the announcement would be made on March 25.
