Next VAT bond tranche could amount to UAH 13 bln

On Friday, the State Tax Administration announced the second tranche of the special UAH sovereign VAT bond issue could amount to up to UAH 13 bln (USD 1.6 bln), distributed to more than 300 corporates during the next few weeks. The first tranche, UAH 48.5 mln, was issued on August 2. Deputy Prime Minister Sergiy Tigipko said in mid-July the total volume of VAT bonds would be UAH 16.4 bln (USD 2.1 bln).
