Nyzhnyodniprovsk Pipe AGM approves results of 7.4-fold charter fund increase

At their AGM on June 18, Nyzhnyodniprovsk Pipe (NITR: HOLD) shareholders approved the results of 7.42-times charter fund increase to UAH 100 mln (USD 20.6 mln). The company increased the number of shares from 53.9 mln to 400.0 mln.
