Odesa Portside 1Q08 Sales Up 27% yoy

Odesa Portside Plant reported 27.5% yoy sales growth in 1Q08 to USD 145.3 mln. The company’s net income totaled USD 23.4 mln (+31.3% yoy). Odesa Portside is on the government’s privatization list for 2008, but its preparations of sail by the government was blocked by President Yushchenko.
