Oranta AGM to Vote on Doubling Its Charter Fund

Shareholders in insurer Oranta (SORN: N/R) will vote on a 2.2 times charter fund increase to USD 34.7 mln at their April 25 AGM. The company plans to issue 16.3 mln shares at par, USD 1.2.
