Oranta Insurance plans 4.4x charter fund increase

Oranta Insurance (SORN) disclosed yesterday that its shareholders, at their AGM on April 17, will consider increasing the company’s charter fund by 4.43x to UAH 775.1 mln via an additional share issue. The company plans to place 102,580 shares at par value, UAH 5.85 each.
