Oranta to Increase Charter Fund by USD 18.9 mln

At their AGM on April 25, Oranta (SORN: N/R) shareholders voted to raise the company’s charter fund by USD 18.9 mln to USD 34.7 mln. Oranta will issue 16.302 mln shares at par, USD 1.2 per share.
