Plachkov Says Naftohaz Ukrainy Owes RosUkrEnergo And Ukrhaz-Energo USD 700 Million.

Fuel and Energy Minister Ivan Plachkov said that Naftohaz Ukrainy owes debts totaling USD 700 million to RosUkrEnergo and Ukrhaz-Energo. Naftohaz Ukrainy owes about USD 600 million to RosUkrEnergo and about USD 100 million to Ukrhaz-Energo. According to Plachkov, to repay the debt Naftogaz intends to borrow USD 300 mln, in addition to a USD 200 mln loan it received from ABN Amro.
