Poland's PKO Bank Ups Stake In Kredobank To 98%

According to media reports Poland’s PKO Bank agreed to purchase a 28% stake in Ukraine’s Kredoprombank from the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). The purchase bring the bank’s stake in Kredoprombank to 98%. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
