Poltavaoblenergo privatization delayed to July 15

The State Property Fund again delayed the privatization auction for a 25%+1 stake in Poltavaoblenergo (POON) by another week, from July 8 to July 15. The tender has been delayed on a regular basis since it was first attempted to be held in May.
