Privatbank shareholders, at an AGM on April 30, decided to increase the bank’s charter fund by 14.7% to UAH 7.8 bln via an additional share issue. Current bank shareholders will be eligible to subscribe from June 12 to July 2; the bank is currently a closed joint stock company.
