Prosecutor General?s Office Checking Legality Of ZFER?s Privatization.

According to Prosecutor General’s Office (PGO) deputy Victor Kudryavtsev, the PGO has begun checking the legality of Zaporizhzhya Ferroalloy’s (ZFER: SELL) privatization. Concorde Capital: Privat group controls Zaporizhzhya Ferroalloy. The investigation into ZFER?s privatization by the PGO was spurred by the conflict between the Head of the National Security and Defense Council, Petro Poroshenko and Privat group. Poroshenko allegedly supported Interpipe in its dispute with Privat group surrounding another alloy producer, Nikopol Ferroalloy (NFER: SELL).
