Prykarpatoblenergo to pay dividends of UAH 1.9 mln

At the AGM yesterday shareholders of Prykarpatoblenergo (PREN) decided to pay out 3% of the company’s 2008 net income, or UAH 1.88 mln in dividends: DPS is UAH 0.018, dividend yield is 0.7%. Dividends will be paid from April 14, 2009 to December 31, 2010.
