Public debt rises 2% mom in November

Ukraine’s total public debt rose 2% mom in November to USD 35.9 bln, the Finance Ministry reported yesterday. Since the beginning of the year, the public debt load is up 45.8%. The current level of total state debt constitutes some 31% of GDP.
