Raiffeisen Bank Ukraine Registered As OTP Bank

The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) announced yesterday that it had officially changed the name of Raiffeisen Bank Ukraine to OTP Bank. This news follows the NBU’s announcement in October that it was allowing the purchase of Raiffeisen Bank Ukraine by Hungary’s OTP Bank. Earlier in June, OTP announced that it had agreed to buy Raiffeisen Ukraine from Raiffeisen International for EUR 650 mln.
