The investigation will be completed by November 20, four months after the initial deadline of July 20. Concorde Capital: The extension of the investigation will benefit Ukrainian pipe makers that did not impose self-restrictions on their pipe exports to Russia. The situation is most favorable for Khartsyzk Tube (HRTR: SELL), which makes large diameter pipes for Gazprom.
