Russian Oligarch Oleg Deripaska Eyes Kharkiv Tractor

According to the head of the Kharkiv Regional Government, Vasiliy Salegin, Russian metals magnate Oleg Deripaska is interested in purchasing the Kharkiv Tractor Factory (HTZD). Salegin added that he thought HTZD would be a good fit with Deripaska’s other machine building holdings.
