Russia?s Second Largest Bank Eye's Ukraine

Vneshtorgbank, Russia’s second largest bank, is looking into the possibility of buying a bank in Ukraine, according to Andrey Kostin, the bank’s president. Vneshtorgbank opened a subsidiary in Ukraine on March 19 and intends to open affiliates in Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zaporizhia, Mykolaiv, Odesa and Kharkiv within the next three years. Concorde Capital: This adds to the fact that several western banks are looking to acquire top 5 banking assets.
