Severnny And Centralny GOKs To Issue New Shares. The two companies declared their intent to conduct an additional share issue. This will be on the agendas of their respective EGMs this December. Severny GOG (SGOK: BUY) will increase its charter fund by 5.0% and Centralny GOK?s (CGOK: BUY) charter fund will grow by 5.4%.
