Shostka Milk to pump USD 5.5 mln into charter fund

At their AGM on Feb. 3, Shostka Milk (SHMK) shareholders voted to increase the company’s charter fund by UAH 42 mln (USD 5.5 mln) to UAH 62 mln (USD 8 mln). The company will conduct an additional share issue of 2,164,498 shares at par value, UAH 19.21 (about USD 2.49). Subscription will be closed and take place from April 7 to 29, 2009.
