Sintal Agriculture to expand landbank by 50%

Sintal Agriculture (FSE: SNPS GR, N/R) plans to announce the expansion of its landbank by 50% via the acquisition of a farming business owned by private equity fund Icon Private Equity on Tuesday at a press conference, according to an announcement on Interfax on Friday. Sintal Agriculture managed 99 ths ha as of this spring.
