S&P confirms Lviv's rating at 'CCC+'

Standard & Poor’s Ratings Service said yesterday in a press release that it affirmed the city of Lviv’s long-term issuer rating at ‘CCC+’ and national rating at ‘uaBB.’ The outlook on the ratings is negative.
