S&P Lowers Kyiv's Rating Outlook

Standard & Poor’s Ratings Service adjusted the outlook of Kyiv’s municipal credit rating to negative from stable. The agency confirmed the city’s BB-long-term issuer credit rating. An S&P press release indicated the city’s ratings were affected by the situation at the sovereign level.
