S&P takes Odesa's ratings off Creditwatch

Standard & Poor’s Ratings Service said in a statement this week that it has taken the city of Odesa’s ‘B’ long-term rating and ‘uaA’ national rating off CreditWatch, following the successful redemption of Odesa’s bonds on Dec. 31, 2008. The ratings outlook remains negative.
