The State Property Fund said this morning that they are moving the privatization of the state’s 27.62% stake in Kharkiv Tractor (HTZD: N/R) back to the week of Nov. 23. According to Interfax, the decision was made in connection with bankruptcy proceedings currently being examined in the courts. Kharkiv Tractor is controlled by Development Construction Holding (66.8% of shares), which is owned by Ukrsibbank co-owner Aleksandr Yaroslavskiy. At the end of September, DCH confirmed plans to sell its stake to a strategic investor, but retain a blocking stake in the company.
