SPF Sells 0.43% of Odesa Portside to Employees

The State Property Fund sold 0.43% of shares  in the Odesa Portside plant to workers and management, it reported on Friday. The shares were sold at preferential terms, half of par value, UAH 0.5 (USD 0.1) per share. The SPF had originally planned to sell a 0.48% stake. In August the SPF made preparations to sell a 99.52% stake at a starting price of USD 495 mln. Companies that declared interest Azot Cherkasy, Chernigiv Khimvolokno, Dniproazot, Nitrofert (Austria), Renova-Ukraine, Evrochem (Russia),  Acron (Russia), Sibur Holding (Russia), Yara International ASA (Norway).
