Stakhaniv Wagon lifts railcar output 10% yoy in 1H08

Stakhaniv Wagon (SVGZ: BUY) increased its railcar production 10% yoy to 3,380 units in 1H08, the company announced on Friday. The share of gondola cars in total output was 77% or 2546 units (+2.4x yoy). The company also increased boxcar output 9.5x yoy to 124 units. Inna Perepelytsya: Stakhaniv Wagon’s 1H08 production results are in line with our full-year expectation of 7 ths railcars.
