Stakhanovsky Wagon Works To Increase Charter Fund By 10 Times To USD 2.6 mln.

This issue is on the agenda of the company’s AGM, planned for June 29. Stakhanovsky Wagon Works (SVGZ: BUY) plans to issue 11.4 mln shares at USD 0.2 par. Subscription is planned for October 2-16 (first stage) and October 17-30 (second stage).
