Stirol AGM OKs USD 2 mln dividend payout

Stirol (STIR: BUY) announced yesterday that its shareholders voted at their AGM on September 6 to make a USD 2 mln dividend payout, equal to 5% of 2007 net income (DPS of USD 0.07, dividend yield of 0.5%). The ex-dividend date is September 6.
