Stirol Eurobond Issue Yields 7.873%

Ukraine’s major mineral fertilizer producer, Stirol (STIR: BUY), has placed its USD 125 mln 3-year Eurobond issue with a yield of 7.873%. Concorde Capital: Stirol will use the funds from the issue to finance its USD 150 mln CapEx program, planned for 2005-07. Stirol Group is the largest Ukrainian producer of nitric chemical fertilizers, polystyrenes, medicines and ammonia. Stirol?s net profit rose two fold in 2004 to USD 79.6 mln.
