Stirol Sells Its 14.3% Stake In Brokbiznesbank.

The shares were sold to the bank’s other shareholders, the names of which were not disclosed. Brokbiznesbank is controlled by Rada deputies Serhiy and Oleksandr Buryak (29.2% and 36.7% respectively). Brokbiznesbank is a top-10 Ukrainian bank. Concorde Capital: The deal will further increase Stirol’s cash holdings, which the company allegedly plans to use to bid for Odessa Portside.
