TAS Group Takes Control Of Dniprovahonmash

Following the Dniprovahonmash’s EGM on October 12, the company announced yesterday that General Director Leonid Lazarev had been replaced by Yurii Shvechenko. Olha Pankiv: The replacement of the old management by people from TEKO-Dniprometyz follows TAS Group’s purchase of a controlling stake in Dniprovahonmash, one of Ukraine’s largest freight train producers, from Midland Group at the end of August. The company’s other shareholders include Bank Forum (FORM: BUY) and Privat.
