Telecom Operators Finally Obtain Licenses.

The NCRC licensed the fixed line telecom operators ITC and Velton Telecom to provide communication services (in CDMA standard) throughout Ukraine. In addition, the fixed line operator Golden Telecom obtained a license to provide international long distance service in all the regions of Ukraine. Concorde Capital: Despite the court?s recognition of the NCRC appointment illegal, the committee is still working. Now the possible recall of the current NCRC team will be unbeneficial for the before mentioned operators, so this increases incentives for all the telecom market participants to lobby for the validity of the current NCRC team.
