Concorde Capital: Telesystems of Ukraine, with USD 1.12 mn in sales (2003), is not a key holding for Ukrtelecom. The entrance of a new shareholder will provide Telesystems of Ukraine with USD 52.2 mn in new investments and could benefit the company, as it posses a CDMA license, but has no funds to construct a network.
