The court satisfies a counter-claim of Kharkiv aviation plant against Antonov complex

Antonov is supposed to pay USD 23.2mn to Kharkiv aviation for engineering revision of Antonov-designed airplanes in the course of their serial production. The claim of Kharkiv plant comes in response to numerous appeals of Antonov, claiming that Kharkiv plant owes it USD 33.7mn. Kharkiv plant offers to resolve the debt issues in extrajudicial procedure. Concorde Capital: Resolution of debt problems between these companies depends on government’s decision on whether to integrate Ukraine?s major plane-makers to be made in two weeks. Antonov stands against the idea, fearing that in that case debt of Kharkiv aviation plant would be cancelled.
