Three Chemical Plants Get 10% Electric Power Discount.

The chemical plants Stirol, Severodonetsk Azot and Cherkasy Azot will get a 10% discount from September 1 on their electricity tariff, the Industry Ministry announced (see news item in metals & mining above).
