Three more Oblenergos report preliminary 2008 results

An additional three Ukrainian Oblenergos reported preliminary 2008 financial results: Khmelnitskoblenergo (HMON) and Prykarpatoblenergo (PREN) outperformed our EBITDA forecasts by 32% and 49%, respectively, while Cherkasyoblenergo (CHON) slightly under-performed our EBITDA forecast.
