TMM Announces Three New Development Projects

TMM (TR61 GR: BUY) CEO Mykola Tolmachov announced last week that the company plans to build over 1 mln m2  in logistics centers throughout Ukraine, has acquired 200 ha  in the Kyiv suburbs for the construction of a gated community, and is looking at the possibility of building new residential complexes in Donetsk, Zhytomyr and Zaporizhzhya. Andriy Gostik: The announced plans are in line with TMM’s strategy of diversifying its regional presence and increasing a share of commercial property in the company’s portfolio. As we wrote in our report dated August 9, TMM already started realizing these plans by adding a logistics project in Gostomel and two cottage community projects in the vicinity of Kyiv to its portfolio.
